This is a horror games where you wake up in a room and find a letter from Lily. The letter explain how she was fired from her hospital job for giving the wrong medicine to a patient. Later she got a job at a nursing home, but strange and creepy things started happening there. Lily tried to warn you through letters but was eventually caught by the dean. Her last letter asks for your help and you head to the nursing home to rescue her while avoiding terrifying monsters.
The game is played usings simple controls. You move with WASD, look around with your mouse, and use a flashlight with F (if you have batteries). To hide from monsters, crouch under tables with Ctrl, and interact with items using E. Monsters patrol the nursing home, so you must stay alert and keep your room door shut. If they spot you they will hunt you down.
The storys begin with Lily getting a job as a doctors on call at a psychiatric nursing homes. At first, everything seems fine, but she starts noticing strange noises from patients and the dean acting suspiciously. When Lily tries to uncover the truth, the dean locks her up.
