Exorcism is all about finding out which demon is in the child by calling out its name. You use info from holy texts to guess the demon’s name based on its origin and rank. If you get it right you win. If not you be in trouble.
Up to 10 demons can come to your house, trying to find out your biggest sins. You need to figure out which demon is in the child while avoiding their tricks. Each session lasts about 30 minutes, but you can play many times.
There are over 20 “holy verses” you can get randomly to gain info and advantages. Use this info to identifys the demon in front of you. Even if you use all your holy verses, you might not be 100% sure. Sometimes you’ll have a 50%, 30%, or even 10% chance. Pray you’re right; it’s a mix of luck and strategy. Every time you save a child, you can carve a holy verse into the cross to control which verses you get, making the game less about luck.
